Our delivery costs are flat.
DHL (UK / EU / OTHERS) & EUROPARCEL (KR) are our couriers for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number (DHL) / a text or Kakaotalk message (EUROPARCEL) once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order. Should this not be possible the parcel will be delivered to the nearest DHL Access Point.
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns by written notice within 7 working days of the goods delivered to the customer, please contact us to [email protected].
How to proceed the return:
- Fill out the Return Form
- Pack the items in the received packaging.
- All returned items must be unused
- Clothing or shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must be sent back within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order
- We do not accept any returns on underwear for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described.
- For your protection, please ensure you return your goods via recorded or registered post.
- To send back the item/s in sufficient packaging to avoid damage of goods in transit. Please send all returns to the address below via a courier.

If you would like us to proceed the pick-up arrangement, please let us know your collection address with the return form. Then return label will be sent via email. In case of our courier pick up, please be aware the return cost. will be deducted from the refund amount.

- EU Zone: £30
- Outside of the EU Zone: £40
* For any returns from outside of the EU, be sure to correctly fill out any customs documentation and mark as ‘Return’. We do not accept responsibility for any fees associated with items held in customs.

- Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 4 to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
- If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your cost.
- When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
RETURNING FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
You have up to 30 days of return faulty or incorrect items for a refund. HEJJ STORE cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please return your goods via recorded or registered post and keep your postage receipt.
If you wish to change the size and/or colour of an item that you purchased, you can do so at additional delivery cost within 14 days of delivery date.
Fill out the Return Form, choose the “Exchange” option and select a replacement size and/or colour from those available. We will then hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or colour of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.
Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
Bank Transfer : You will see the refund in your bank account within 72 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
